We are currently looking to recruit a number of   Support Workers   to help participants at our sessions in Leicester with shifts available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. This is an extremely rewarding role which will give you a real sense of satisfaction from day one. As a Support Worker you will support individuals during sessions to participate through encouragement, creative thinking and providing high quality support and care, in line with FTM Dance values (creative, caring and person centred) and their policies and procedures.
