Care Coordinator for a Full-Time role for Supported Living in Hertfordshire Opportunities for experienced Care Coordinator with a proven track record in delivering high quality, person centred care and support to service users with a diverse variety of needs. Experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector, preferably in supported living services with a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent. The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
