Location: London & South East of England

Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week

Contract Types: Multiple options available (employed, self-employed, full and part-time)

Role Overview: Seeking experienced ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Specialists to provide comprehensive ENT services to NHS patients referred by local GPs. The role involves clinical triage, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical triage and refer to secondary care as necessary.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments of ENT conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and provide advice on acute ENT conditions.
• Support patient self-management and well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using designated software.
• Collaborate with GPs to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhere to organizational policies and participate in Clinical Governance Meetings.
• Communicate effectively with patients, including delivering sensitive information.
• Advocate for patients and colleagues, ensuring professional care.

Professional Development:

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.
• Participate in consultant-led teaching sessions and peer support activities.

Requirements:

• GMC Registered
• Experience with NHS systems and basic IT skills

Work Schedule: Flexible (Day shifts, Monday to Friday, weekend availability)

Experience:

• NHS: 1 year preferred
• Basic IT: 1 year required
• Patient Management software: 1 year preferred
