The Medical People is seeking a motivated and progressive Pharmacist Manager to join our award-winning community pharmacy in Filton, Bristol. The role focuses on building strong relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers while leading the delivery of high-quality dispensing and patient-centered clinical services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially savvy, and committed to maintaining exceptional professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers
• Lead the provision of service-led offerings such as Flu Jab, Pharmacy First Services, and NMS
• Oversee dispensing and clinical services, ensuring they meet customer needs
• Act both commercially and professionally, focusing on customer care

Requirements:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist or Provisional Pharmacist
• Enthusiastic with a strong ambition to succeed
• Ability to maintain high professional standards
