Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum FTE + unsociable hours

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Overview:

The Medical People is seeking an Experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ACP will assess, diagnose, and plan care for patients, including prescribing medications when clinically indicated. The role involves managing acute presentations at the Walk-In Centre and determining the urgency and best pathway for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face consultations
• Provide urgent primary care and appropriate referrals
• Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based care
• Support the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT)

Requirements:

• First Level Registered Nurse (NMC), HCPC Professional, or Pharmacist
• MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent
• Advanced Physical Assessment and Consultation Skills – Level 7
• Non-medical prescribing qualification
• Minimum 3 years of post-Level 7 qualification experience in primary/urgent care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Desirable:

• Paediatric Course – Level 7
