About the Role:

The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning community pharmacy looking for a Pharmacist Manager in Lockleaze, Bristol. This position is ideal for a progressive, organized, and commercially focused pharmacist dedicated to caring for local communities and enhancing patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality dispensing and patient-centered clinical services, including Flu Jabs, Pharmacy First Services, Minor Ailments, and NMS.
• Provide exceptional service with a hands-on approach, meeting the unique healthcare needs of every customer.
• Uphold and enhance professional standards within the pharmacy.
• Act both commercially and professionally, focusing on customer needs.

Requirements:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist or Provisional Pharmacist.
• Enthusiastic with a strong ambition to maintain high professional standards.
