The Medical People are recruiting for an award-winning community pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist Manager for maternity cover in Derby. This role is perfect for a proactive, organized, and commercially focused pharmacist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers.
• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality dispensing and clinical services, including Flu Jabs, Pharmacy First Services, and Minor Ailments.
• Provide an exceptional service with a hands-on approach, addressing the unique healthcare needs of each customer.
• Maintain and enhance professional standards and contribute to the pharmacy's success.

Requirements:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist or Provisional Pharmacist.
• Enthusiastic with a strong ambition to succeed and maintain high professional standards.
