The Medical People are recruiting for an award-winning community pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham. This role is ideal for a progressive, organized, and commercially focused pharmacist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality dispensing and clinical services, including Flu Jabs, Pharmacy First Services, and Minor Ailments.
• Provide an exceptional service with a hands-on approach, meeting the unique healthcare needs of each customer.
• Maintain and enhance professional standards and contribute to the pharmacy's success.

Requirements:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist or Provisional Pharmacist.
• Enthusiastic with ambition to succeed and maintain exceptional professional standards.
