Contract: Full Time
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour

About the Role:

The Medical People is seeking an experienced and qualified Pharmacy Dispenser to join our dynamic pharmacy team. In this role, you will support the pharmacist by assisting with pharmacy services, including blood pressure checks and more. Building strong relationships with customers is essential as you’ll play a key role in addressing their unique healthcare needs. You should be prepared to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the dispensary by dispensing medication effectively and safely.
• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Provide expert healthcare advice and services at the counter.
• Assist with sales, general store duties, product displays, and cash transactions.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and manage high-volume dispensing transactions for local care homes.
• Handle operational queries from GP surgeries and support various pharmacy services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience and qualification as a Pharmacy Dispenser.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
