About the Role:
The Medical People is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Prescriber Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Blackpool. We are looking for a dedicated professional with primary care experience who can start ASAP. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and aligning with the company's strong culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical care and support as an Independent Prescriber.
• Manage and optimize medication use within the PCN, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong clinical leadership and effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Participate in continuous professional development and enhance clinical skills through CPPE Clinical Pharmacist Training.

Role Requirements:

• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Qualification or enrolment in CPPE Clinical Pharmacist Training pathway (training provided for PCN pharmacists).
• Strong clinical leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of PCN Pharmacist roles and responsibilities.
