About the Role:
The Medical People is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist to join our client's team in Minehead. With extensive experience in a primary care setting, you'll provide expert support on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and pharmaceutical care, ensuring high-quality patient consultations and contributing to the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical services to registered patients and support for repeat prescriptions.
• Offer expert advice on medicines and pharmaceutical care, including managing high-risk drugs and conducting audits.
• Use critical thinking and communication skills to assess patient needs and prescribe appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clinical risks are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and access specialist information to support service delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Completed CPPE General Practice Pharmacist pathway.
• Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
• Extensive primary care experience and high-quality patient care skills.
• Proficient in SystemOne or similar clinical systems.
