About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Dietitian to oversee and advance acute nutrition support services within the surgery department. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating best practices, ensuring high-quality nutrition and hydration care across multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Health Board-wide leadership for acute nutrition support services within surgery.
• Manage a complex caseload, delivering specialist dietetic interventions and making autonomous clinical judgments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based nutrition and dietetic guidelines, protocols, and standards.
• Lead education and training initiatives to build expertise within the service and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with other dietetic and clinical leads to ensure seamless, high-quality care across all settings.
• Act as an expert resource, providing guidance and delivering presentations on dietetics in acute nutrition support.

• Proven leadership and clinical management skills.
