Registered Nurse (Care Home) | Full-time | £19.00/hour

Pay: £19.00 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the care team during shifts.
• Ensure all residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance frameworks.
• Mentor and motivate staff, championing residents’ safety and dignity.
• Drive continuous improvement within the care home.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing PIN.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Nursing Home.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
