Support Worker Required

**Job Summary:**

ACSG has a requirement for a support worker who speaks fluent English to support our  clients who require support workers with high level of interaction and communication skills

As a Support Worker at Ancora Care and Support Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with physical and/or learning or mental health disabilities.

You will assist in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life by delivering person centre care in various settings such home care environments, day centrres, work enviroment, social settings as well as in and around the community,

**Responsibilities:**

• Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary requirements as needed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to ensure holistic care for each individual.
• Prompt individuals to take medication
• Support client to access the community including social interactions
• Provide support in building specific lifeskills
• Where required, provide admin/PA support
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.
• Provide administrative services when necessary

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills 
• UK driver's license or International Drivers license in date
