About the Role:

As a professional care assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. Your support will encompass personal care and household tasks, bringing comfort, companionship, and dignity to those in need. Skills/Experience:

• No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive induction training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Eagerness to embrace learning opportunities.
• Dependability and a flexible approach to work.
• Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Job Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £12.00 – £12.50 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day. (Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above starting at £12.50 p/h)
• Full/part-time hours and flexible shifts to accommodate other commitments.
• Mileage: 40p per mile.
• Paid travel time.
• Free DBS checks.
• Ongoing accredited training.
• Free uniform, safety kit, and PPE.

We prioritise minimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.

Shift Patterns:

• Weekend-only vacancy
• Must work a minimum of 8-hour shift blocks across Saturday and Sunday.
