Field Care Supervisor

Spire Home Care and Training Ltd. is recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to support our care team in London Borough of Redbridge.

Working as part of our team you will be assisting our carers with their daily activities, monitoring performance, and undertaking spot checks on a consistent basis. You will also be responsible for supporting our service users, undertaking and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, liaising with the office team regarding any queries or issues that may arise. Due to the nature of the role, there are times where you may need to support in delivering hands on care so a flexible approach to work will be required. You will also need to have good communication skills, be able to build relationships quickly and be confident with Microsoft Office.

A full driving licence and access to your own transport is preferable.

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 years’ experience as Field Supervisor
•  Minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care and ideally working towards Level 3
•  Good communication skills, adaptability, and caring nature
•  Well organized and have excellent time management
•  Ability to engage and build rapport effectively in a friendly and professional manner
•  Good knowledge of Redbridge area
