About the Role
To enable and support children and young adults to live their lives as independently as they can. You will support people with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. You will work in a variety of settings, including people’s own homes, in health and social care settings such as supported living services and out in the community.
We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with any of the following training or experiences;

You will need to hold an enhanced DBS, or be willing to undergo a DBS check.
We will ask for 2 references prior to your start date
