Optimal Future is the New Face of Care in West Sussex
We are growing and need care and support workers to join our teams. No previous experience is needed as we offer fully paid training (34hrs) and shadowing @ £13.50 per hour to ensure you are trained to deliver exceptional care.
We supply uniforms, PPE, DBS and we pay competitive rates of £13.50 per hour - Weekdays and £15.18 per hour - Weekends plus mileage is paid .
