Registered Nurses:

North Essex based Swift Care Solutions are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses and Mental Health Nurses to undertake shifts in Care Homes within Essex and Suffolk.

Our main focus is to provide Nurses into Nursing Homes requiring temporary shift cover and to deliver the highest standards of nursing care. We understand that the most important thing as a nurse is to know when you have work arranged and where it is – and this is the area that we excel in. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are open to flexible part-time or full time working patterns – tell us what structure suits you and we will accommodate it! We have available shifts on days/nights covering 7 days a week. We aim to work with our staff and clients to match your skills with their needs and where possible offer continuity of placements. This benefits everyone including improved outcomes for the residents.

If as a Nurse you are passionate about delivering high standards of Person Centred Care , you are a team player and can demonstrate excellent clinical and organisational skills then we would love to hear from you.

We require at least 6 months experience in nursing to be suitable for this position and evidence of current pin registration.
