Bluebird Care is the UK’s leading provider of private Care at Home. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our thriving agency providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people across Sevenoaks, Kent.
Note: You will require access to a car to work at Bluebird Care.

We offer flexible working hours, as well as salaried fixed-shifts, and currently have a particularly high demand during:

What will you be doing?
Our Care Assistants work out in the community helping our customers to live independently in their own homes. Every customer will have a personalised care plan which will include supporting them with everyday tasks such as personal care, food preparation, medication, shopping, light housework, social support and more.
Previous experience is not essential; we offer a comprehensive pre-work Skills Assessment program, shadowing care visits with a Mentor or other experienced member of the team, and a 12-week probationary period during which you’ll be supported by our supervisors while completing The Care Certificate.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering great care.
You will need to be calm, patient, reliable and have a genuine interest in helping to improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
If you have experience caring for a relative, friend, neighbour or someone in the community then it’s very likely that you have all the attributes we’re looking for.
You also need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Sevenoaks, have access to a car that you can use for work.
