Job Description
Freedom Care Herts are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, such as hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The right candidate will require to be a driver with their own car.
Areas we cover Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hertford, Ware and Stanstead Abbotts
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Medication assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Help clients with mobility issues.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor client's condition and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
40p per mile mileage allowance
