Pay: Up to £10.75 p/h
Role: Health Care Assistants
Hours: Full time and part time hours available (6 to 12 hour shifts)
Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
Position Location: Redcar
A driver would be desirable, but not essential for this role.
We are looking for compassionate, caring and supportive people to become part of our proud team at Advantage Healthcare
We require support in Redcar for two young children with complex needs, both day and night shifts are available. Full training will be provided and you will work closely alongside the service users experienced staff team.
Staff will provide support within the service users' own home and their school
As a Health Care Assistant at Advantage you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent person centred care in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Understanding and adhering to care plans, seeking clarification from the healthcare coordinator or clinical lead nurse when required to do so
- Being able to work in a professional manner with all healthcare professionals involved in the care of the service user
