What does a Health Care Assistant do?
We are recruiting Health Care Assistants to provide support to meet our customer's individual needs. You will treat them with dignity and respect and act in a person-centred way at all times. Their support needs will vary which makes this role very versatile and exciting!
As a Health Care Assistant you may need to support someone with their personal care (washing/dressing), maybe their medication administration, or maybe they would just like to go out for a walk with you or to the shops or down to the seafront for a drive stopping for some tea and cake on the way. Every day is different in the life of a Care Assistant and extremely rewarding!
