Springfield House Care Home is looking to expand our team. We are looking for a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Night Senior. We are passionate about providing our residents with the highest quality of care, supporting our staff to be the best they can be and maintaining our Gold Rated status!
The purpose of the role is:
· To carry out and supervise the provision of quality care, in partnership with staff team, Residents and families.
· To ensure Residents retain their dignity and privacy.
· To maintain a safe and secure environment for Residents, Staff Members and Visitors.
· To take charge of the shift, administer medication and oversee the care of Residents.
To join our team as a Senior Care Assistant we need you to have achieved:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Safe Handling of Medications Qualification
Personal Qualities:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive hourly rate based on Diploma level, this ranges from £11.70 to £12.29
