New & Exciting Job Opportunity!
Yes Care are recruiting for Field Care Supervisor for our Liverpool & Sefton Branch, based in our Aintree Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To play a lead role in the development of good community care practices and procedures in relation to Yes Care Services.
- To represent Yes Care Services as the first member of staff to visit Service Users and undertake complete assessments of task and risk. To transfer this information into a completed care plan.
- To work in conjunction with the office care co-ordinator and to assist in the smooth running and upkeep of all care delivery practice and procedures.
- To provide a cover care service and deliver care as instructed by the care manager and care co-ordinator when emergencies, short-term requirements and covers are needed.
- To participate in our ‘on call function’ 1 in 5 and 1 night a week.
 
In order to be considered for the role, you will need:
- Good literacy, numeracy & computer skills
- Caring nature & be passionate about home care
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 or above / willingness to work towards the qualification
- Be an effective team player
- Good communication skills and time management
- Be calm and patient with a great ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to deal with change or emergencies without panic
- Be flexible and reliable
