Experience in care is not a requirement as full training will be given.
Care Assistant or Support Worker benefit at Trustmark Care are:
- Training Bonus payment £180.00*
- £11.50 - £16.50 per hour

Requirements needed to become a Care Assistant or Support Worker at Trustmark care:
- Candidates must be passionate about caring for people in their own homes and willing to develop their skills further.
- DBS required
- Driving license and access to a reliable car preferred but not essential.
