Job Description
We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team in the Bracknell Forest Area of Berkshire. It is essential for this role that you are mobile - Car, motorcycle, or possibly an eBike.
What does the job entail?
Our clients may be looking for a little extra help around the home, preparing meals, support with medication or carrying out household chores. There is an element of personal care involved which means they may need help getting in and out of the bath or shower, assisting with getting them to the toilet, hair care and assisting with dressing.
What are the hours & Pay Rates?
We have Full time and Part-time Hours available but we do require that you are available to work at least every other weekend. However, if you are looking for Weekends ONLY we would definitely love to hear from you.
- We pay £11.40 per hour for a 3 month probation period.
- Rising to £12.70 or higher depending on qualifications.
- Higher rates on Bank holidays.
- Free uniform and PPE.

- Part time or Full time - From 16hrs per week.
Our working hours are between 07:00 and 23:00.
You can work for anything between 16 hours and 50 hours a week.

What do I need to be a Care Assistant?

No experience necessary - Most of our staff had not worked in Care before joining us.
You need good communication skills in written and spoken English.
You need a smart-phone to run our Care App.
