Morning 07:30 - 14:00 or Twilight 06:00 - 12: midday
Evenings 16:00 - 21:15 or Twilight 18:00 - 12 Midnight
Situated by the town of Chirk - Wrexham in the Ceiriog Valley. Dolywern is a purpose built, single storey house that can accommodate up to 30 adults with physical disabilities. 9 miles from Oswestry.
As a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant with Leonard Cheshire you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential as we offer an excellent training and induction programme to get you fully trained in your new role!

A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
This will be implemented for a trial period of 3 months and will be reviewed at the end of March, at which time the enhancement may be retained, varied or withdrawn.
