Care In Your Home Ltd, are a friendly, family run business. We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team. We take pride in looking after our clients and providing them with the care they require.
Our clients all live in the Bracknell and Binfield areas and it is a requirement for this role that you have the use of either a car, or motorcycle.
You must also already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship for overseas applicants is NOT possible.
What does the job entail?
Our clients may be looking for a little extra help around the home, some examples of the services we provide are:
- meal preparation
- support with medication
- carrying out household chores.
- personal care (this means they may need help getting in and out of the bath or shower, assisting with getting them to the toilet, hair care and assisting with dressing.
- shopping
What are the hours & Pay Rates?
Full or part-time hours are available (we do require that you work every other weekend). However, if you are looking for weekends ONLY we would definitely love to hear from you.
- We pay £12.40 per hour for a 3 month probation period.
- Rising to £13.00 or higher depending on qualifications.
- Higher rates on weekends, Bank Holidays, and special days.
- Mileage paid @ 45p per mile
- Our working hours are between 07:00 and 23:00 - seven days a week.
- We are especially looking for staff to work between 16:00 - 23:00 but other hours are available.
- You can work for anything between 12 hours and 50 hours a week *

What do I need to be a Care Assistant?
- You need to be reliable and dependable.
- You have the use of some form of motorised transport?
- You have a caring, compassionate nature and understand the importance of dignity & respect.
- You have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- You have a smart-phone able to run our Care App (Android or iOS)
- No experience is necessary – Some of our staff had not worked in care before joining us.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £12.40-£13.75 per hour

Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Provisional if riding a motorcycle) (required)
Care In Your Home Ltd are a small privately owned Domiciliary Care company, who have been established for over 10 years.
We offer you the realistic option of staying at home, with a level of domiciliary support tailored to meet your needs. Our senior management team has over 30 years of care experience between them, much of this in management roles.
We are based in Bracknell, and currently provide services to clients in the Bracknell, & Binfield areas.
