We are looking for a supportive and caring Team Leader to be responsible for leading a team of 8 dedicated Support Workers at our service Capper Close in Newton Poppleford.

Capper Close provides housing-related support for people with high support needs. The purpose of the service is to enable people placed out of area to return to Devon. The service aims to support people in gaining the skills they need to live independently.

What we are looking for
You will have experience of people management, strong communication skills and a understanding of mental illness. We will require you to have a NVQ level 2 or above in Health & Social Care. But aside from that, being a Team Leader isn’t all about qualifications, if you have a passion for making a difference then we can provide you will all the training and support that you need.
