Support Worker

CQC Registered Nursing Home service, for people with a severe and enduring mental illness. The Lodge provides support and recovery services, 24 hrs a day, offering assistance and encouragement in daily living skills, personal support, finances and rehabilitation.
Includes experienced management and support teams and a qualified nurse with links to the local mental health and social care team. Staff encourage community involvement in area such as education / learning, employment and social and leisure activities.

In addition to celebrate your new role we are offering a Rethink - sign on bonus of up to £1000 each ! (pro rata for part-time posts of less than 35 hours per week) which will be paid on completion of your 6-month probation period and 12 month anniversary* subject to Terms and Conditions*

What are we looking for?

You will have strong communication skills and a understanding of mental illness. But aside from that, being a Support Worker isn’t all about qualifications, if you have a passion for making a difference then we can provide you will all the training and support that you need. You can also take us up on our offer to support you through your NVQ in Health and Social Care qualification!
