CARE ASSISTANTS NEEDED for Nower House Care Home, Dorking.

Earn from £11.25 to £12.95 an hour, depending upon qualifications and shifts worked. We pay a £1.85/hour uplift at weekends. Your hourly pay increases in line with your care qualifications as follows:

• Care Certificate - £11.25 for early/late shift and £11.45 for night shift
• Care Certificate AND NVQ2 in Health and Social Care £12.00 for early/late shift and £12.20 for night shift
• Care Certificate AND NVQ3 in Health and Social Care £12.75 for early/late shift and £12.95 for night shift

Roles available

• 18 hours a week - working one long day and one half-day a week. This will be a mix of 7.30am-1.30pm and 1.30pm-7.30pm shifts, including alternate weekends.
• 24 hours a week - working two night shifts 7.30am-7.30pm (one weekday shift and one weekend shift). You must be NVQ2/3 qualified and medication-trained for this role.
• 33 hours a week - working a mix of 7.30am-1.30pm and 1.30pm-7.30pm shifts, including alternate weekends.
• 34.5 hours a week - working nights 7.15pm-7.30am, including alternate weekends.

Duties

We offer our residents the very highest standards of care. In this role you will support residents’ daily needs. This will include washing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care, assisting at meal times and supporting residents with their mobility.
