SENIOR FULL TIME CARE ASSISTANTS NEEDED (38 hours a week)

Pay Rates
Ideally, you will have an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care. We pay from £12.75 per hour with an hourly uplift of £1.85 at weekends. We would also consider a person with a minimum of an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care who is working towards their NVQ3 (the pay rate at this level would be £12 per hour with the weekend, hourly uplift of £1.85).

Roles Available
Maitland House, Reading - 2 x Full Time Senior Care Assistants now needed to work a mix of shifts between Monday and Friday, plus alternate weekends. Shift patterns are 7am-3pm (or 7am-2pm) and 1.15pm-9.15pm (or 2.15pm-9.15pm). The successful applicants will work 3 x 8hr shifts and 2 x 7hr shifts per week.

Duties
We offer our residents the very highest standards of care. In this role you will support residents’ daily needs. This will include washing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care, assisting at meal times and supporting residents with their mobility.
Roles are offered subject to a satisfactory DBS check and two references.
