Well because we are not like other Nursing/ Homecare agencies, we are a private company who refuses to take on just any carer or any client. We match you and your skills to the right client and our minimum call time is an hour.

Our Home Carers receive a weekday hourly rate of £12.25 plus you accrue 5.6 weeks of holiday pay on top and we pay 45p per mile from your home to the client and back for each call, not from client to client!

Essential Requirements:

• Good Levels of spoken and written English
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS clearance
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Minimum of 2 references and one being your last employer.
• The ability to work flexibly and some weekends
