At Spectrum, we believe that at the heart of every home lies a strong and effective staff team focused on enabling our service users to lead full and independent lives. Central to this is the Registered Manager, whose passion is in bringing together that staff group to make sure that our service users thrive.
The work is varied, and no two days will be the same. It ranges from managing the staff rota, reviewing care plans, liaising with health & social care professionals, and attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
At all times you will be hot on ensuring the service is complaint with CQC regulations, and you will be familiar with the different reporting mechanisms that CQC and local authorities expect. You will not be alone in this. Instead, you will receive consistent and reliable support from our skilled and knowledgeable operational management team.
Ideally you will already have your Level 5 diploma, but we can also help you achieve this. Experience is important, although you might not already be a manager. We are keen to hear from you if you are currently a senior or deputy who is now looking for the next challenge in building your career.
