REGISTERED MANAGER - SURBITON, LONDON

 

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for the Southwest London area who is experienced in Domiciliary care and has knowledge of the local areas around the Surbiton / Esher areas.

The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations ensuring top management, development and growth of an existing profitable business that delivers exceptional care to the service users, alongside the Care Service owner.

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day running of the business and ensure it grows in a constantly developing manner

Identify and recruit excellent staff, manage all training and maintain quality

Aim to achieve the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring the achievement of outstanding CQC compliance

Staff rota management to ensure the Carers deliver the allocated care to the client.

Ensure scheduled Spot Checks, Reviews, Audits and Annual Surveys and ensure all activity is recorded

Be accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients and ensure the Health & Safety policy and procedures are followed at all times in accordance with regulations of the CQC

Complete and continuously improve the Assessments, Risk Assessments and Care Plans to ensure the outcome of the client is achieved and the customers’ expectations are exceeded

Take responsibility for ensuring the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside normal office hours, including holding the phone as part of the on-call rota

Consistently maintain the Good rating of the service and ensure the delivery of top quality care at all times

 

Necessary experience

Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

Management experience in Domiciliary Care, with excellent understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values to potential clients or referral sources

Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail

A full UK driving licence with own car and fully enhanced DBS is a requirement .

Salary: £37000 - £45 000
