Health and Alliance Home Care was founded by a family with a vision and intention to create a care company with a difference, one that always puts the service user at the heart of what they do... a company that goes above and beyond all expectations... services don’t stop at care, they offer home maintenance for the elderly... gardening, cleaning, odd jobs and general repairs... the team can fix the niggly things that never seem to get done, in addition they can provide a regular housekeeping service.
It began as a vision for the two Directors, through years of working in the social care sector for different companies experienced frustrations within their role that were out of their control... little things like not being able to spend time in call to chat and provide quality companionship to service users, due to the demand of the calls their were rushing to and from. Difficulties of the pressure to complete the calls within the unrealistic required time frames, they turned this frustration into their personal mission to set up Health and Alliance Home Care and ensure that the core of their business is the quality of the actual care provided to the service users, simultaneously relieving pressure from family.
Recruitment is a thorough and lengthy process, through which the highest calibre of Care Givers are employed, trained and competent to deliver the ethos of the families legacy through conscientious staff who are to be consistently monitored in their delivery of quality care within the local communities.
It’s important to each member of the team to treat service users as they would treat their own elderly family members.
