Westbury Case Management was established in June 2022 by Chris Freestone RN, to provide case management for clients with spinal cord injuries.
Chris is a spinal injuries nurse who has worked in a variety of roles within the field of spinal injuries care and management. Most recently he was the founder and co owner of a national, award winning complex care business.
