To manage and grow an effective and efficient care and support service through a team of suitable qualified and supported staff, to the economic benefit of the Comfort Care Rec. To ensure all activities within the role are carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with the requirements of the business and the CQC’s Fundamental Standards (Care Act 2014) and any subsequent revisions and/or changes.
Key Responsibilities*
· To ensure the provision of high quality care services to vulnerable adults living in their own homes.
· To manage and deploy teams of care and support staff to provide person centred care and outcome focused support to vulnerable persons.
· To ensure consistent application of the business policies, procedures and approved practices and to promote the aims of the business.
