As a care agency, our aim is to deliver professional and compassionate high-quality person-centred care services to clients in their own home on a one to one basis by assisting those in need of care to live as comfortably and as securely as possible. This will ultimately actively encourage the independence of all our clients in relation to providing the highest standards of care at all times.
The values of our organisation are to focus on clients by providing personal care and support in a way which has positive outcomes for clients and promote their active participation. The promotion of dignity, respect and offering of choice is core to our ethos by ensuring that a potential client's needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed.
