Job description FULL TIME CARE SUPPORT WORKERS We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team on a 2 on 2 off on a rolling schedule. Expected hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed 30 hours per week) Description: We are looking for an experienced carer to join our team. You will be required to work within a 25 mile radius of our office, based in West Chiltington. You must have your own transport and be a self-motivated, caring individual with a good knowledge of the local area. Duties: Provide care and support to people in their own homes, respecting their privacy and dignity. Maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Assist with all aspects of personal care and support for the elderly and people with disabilities. We are currently working with the NHS supporting clients home from hospital and we different areas, were we need more carers to support with this.  We have availability in Petworth, Midhurst, Storrington, Pulborough, Billingshurst and Burgess Hill and Angmering We are a family run business with over 25 years in care so if you are looking for full time, or part time (even if just for a few hours a week), please do get in touch. We offer full training, uniform and pension. We pay £13 per hour weekdays and £13.50 per hour on a weekend.  Bank holidays are paid at double the rate.  On top of this we pay £1.60 visit allowance for every client you visit.
