Trafalgar Community Care Ltd is a family run home care provider based in the Knowsley area of Liverpool. Trading since April 2009, Trafalgar is co-led by the founding director, Anthony Nelson, and managed by Karon Nelson. They provide a wide variety of care and support to elderly and disabled adults within the Liverpool area.

With over 20 years of experience, the team at Trafalgar pooled their expertise and built an organisation that focuses on providing dedicated care teams to support clients and developing individually tailored care plans to address their specific needs.

Trafalgar is dedicated to offering a personalised service for all of their clients with high levels of continuity and consistency. This has led to organisational growth and they are proud to have provided care and support to hundreds of local residents.

Our person-centred approach allows the service to put the client’s needs and requirements first. We have been adept at sustaining a continuity of care for our customers owing to the provenance of the business and it's family roots. This ensures that clients suffering from illnesses such as dementia, receive a care package that centres on regular carers who will build relationships and ultimately provide a better quality of life for our clients and their families.

We have had several CQC inspections and each inspector has congratulated us on the quality of our service. The feedback clearly shows that our company is focused on providing high quality care to our service users. We work hard to ensure that this remains the focal point of our service.
