At HSL Care, we help vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. A typical day in the life of a care worker will involve supporting a number of different individuals with differing and varied needs. You may be asked to assist with personal care, meal preparation and other daily living tasks.
HSL CARE is looking for, enthusiastic, passionate and committed care workers (male & female) to deliver a person-centred care for vulnerable, physical and learning disabled individuals in their own homes in Manchester and Stockport Requirements: Care experience is desirable but not essential (Training is provided) Compassionate and caring with good communication skills Be flexible and willing to work shifts of 30 minutes, 1 hour + Due to customer locations it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle HSL CARE will provide: Free uniforms Discounted DBS checks Travel Expense Flexible Working Hours Including Evening and Weekends Care Standards training and assessment in the first 12 weeks Ongoing training and career progression-NVQ/QCF registration within 3 months of commencement
