Augusta Care has been providing tailored support for over 20 years to adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, brain acquired injury, physical disabilities, associated mental health and other complex needs.We support adults in their own homes in the community in a supported living environment including 24-hour care to promote independence, accessing community resources including education and supported work schemes.We provide adult care services through varied types of support designed to suit the individual needs of the people we work with.
