We’re looking for an experienced team leader to support  the Deputy Care Manager in the day-to day running of the service, including supporting staff teams and ensuring the quality and safety of the services we provide meets national care standards. The Team Leader will undertake a visible and supportive role, and will work collaboratively with the local authority, parents and carers and a range of other partners, to deliver our services and meet the needs of the adults, children and young people attending. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support FTM staff to actively complete their roles to a high standard, being their direct point of contact during sessions.
