We are looking for both day and night workers to be placed on a rota to cover shifts across our children’s homes in Cardiff. There will be 8 – 12-hour shifts on a rota. The rotas are organised weekly to meet the demand of the individual homes. The right candidates need to have a driving license and be registered with Social Care Wales as a Residential Childcare Officer. We will need to be provided with the full working history of each candidate and also need references to confirm there are no safeguarding issues or concerns. Experience of working with young people is desirable. Full training is provided as part of a comprehensive induction programme.
