Job description   We are looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our team at Sherratts Wood, providing inspirational day opportunities and supported living services to vulnerable adults across Staffordshire from our services in Burton on Trent and Leigh (near Uttoxeter)   Typically we offer a 37.5 hour week, providing you with the flexibility to work between the day services and the supported housing schemes on a range of flexible shift patterns with the opportunity for overtime.   Ideally you will already possess an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or be prepared to undertake the appropriate training. It is more important to us that you demonstrate the right values and attitude and have a passion to support others   We operate a fleet of modern 7 and 9 seater minibuses to help transport and escort our customers between venues and you will be required to join a rota of staff to provide this service.
