SureCare Central Cheshire
This role is to ensure the quality standards of SureCare are both met and, where possible exceeded. The post holder will ensure that both staff and operational procedures meet the standards set through auditing and monitoring and providing recommendations to management on areas of improvement.
The role is based in our Nantwich office and relates to the auditing of staff and client files and the information recorded by the home care team such as medications and carer notes.
The role also includes:
Answering the phones and either addressing or directing to the relevant person.
Monitoring the quality of information recorded by the home care team and putting forward recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring compliance on our on-line training platform.
Planning social media posts to increase post engagement.
Assisting care co-ordinator with rota planning.
