Job Title: Female Care & Support Workers

Location: Poole

Contract: Permanent – Full or part time

Salary: £6.74 to £6.87 depending on experience rising after six months

 

About the role

We are looking for Female Care & Support Workers to join our service in Poole, where you’ll have a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work within one of our supported living services, assisting the people we support to lead an independent life and realise their full potential. This will include completing personal care, supporting with cooking and cleaning, following care plans, accessing the community, social activities, and day trips.

 

About you

Voyage Care will fully invest in you, your training and development. This means that we don’t need you to have experience in our field. What does matter to us is your approach and attitude – passion, dedication, and empathy are all important. We need you to be fully flexible to meet the needs of our shifts which can include working early and late, nights and weekends as required.

 

It is desirable that you hold a full driving licence. Any personal or work experience of the work that we do would be desirable.

For the majority of our Support Workers, we are not looking for experience – it’s all about the right attitude and approach. Driving licences and LD/MH experience are desirable. For Senior Support Workers we do need candidates to have a QCF L2 in H&S Care or equivalent.
