We encourage people to achieve maximum independence and choice in their lives, being able to participate in activities according to their abilities. We also offer independent living training that’s tailored to each resident’s needs. And, you could soon be responsible for making sure each resident receives the very best care and support during the night in line with their assessed needs. That could involve anything from making snacks or drinks, sorting out laundry, helping someone back into bed or simply being there to provide a bit of companionship and reassurance. Or on some nights, all four!
